Overall not a pleasant experience for the price paid for the stay.. Hotel staff are not friendly at all, breakfast is very very poor, and the room is not comfortable.. Pillows are worn out and not comfortable, curtains are too small not covering the whole window letting the sun in, and the house keeping did not refill the coffee/water except when asked.. A very weird incident we faced is that we had the do not disturb sign on the door and the house keeping entered the room to give us water!!
The hotel's location is not bad, close to many shopping places and food, but it has a horrible slope making it very difficult with a baby stroller.

Excellent location, close to a lot of luxury and touristic spots, such as Nisantasi & Taksim. The hotel is immaculate, deserves a higher rating. The staff are all professional and helpful especially Mr Selim and Emircan.
I would recommend to families and couples.

We stayed at this hotel on January 25 and February 1. We were abroad for 5 nights and 6 days between these two dates. We left our car in the parking garage of the hotel because we trusted this hotel by looking at the comments while we were abroad, but our trust was abused because before leaving the hotel on the morning of February 2, while we were away, We have determined that our vehicle has been driven for 112 km without our knowledge. All documents and pictures are available. The hotel staff also accepted this situation and could not give us a logical explanation. Since our trust was abused, we will initiate the legal process as soon as possible.

Rooms old, shabby, crappy. Bathroom very old and rusty all over. The floor filthy and old too. The buliding was never renovated from scratch. Only new bads and everything else was 100years old and overused. Noise from all the other rooms and from hallway. Breakfast poor and bad coffee too, the least variety.

When checking in the staff (Ahmet & Fateh)denied that our room came with free breakfast and told us it’s 5 Euros for breakfast I thought there might be a mistake happened during my booking after 2 days I checked my booking and found it was with free breakfast and went back to the staff and they told me will check again they came back and told me that I’m right, I asked for compensation for the 2 days and to talk to the manager but they refused both.
