We stayed in these apartments from 10/07/24 to 10/12/24. The apartments are perfectly located - close to the main street, tram stop. Easy to get to all the sights. At the same time, it is a relatively quiet street, which is comfortable for living. The apartments are very clean, the furniture is new. Very comfortable high-quality mattress on the bed. Everything you need for living in the apartment is present. The administrator is always in touch and ready to help. There is an elevator in the building. At our request, we were allowed to check out an hour later and offered to leave our suitcases for storage. There is Wi-Fi. In general, this is a great option for living in Istanbul! The room was large and the stay was very comfortable. The Swiss guy's service is super good. Although the price is not cheap, it is really worth it. Seeing that there are very few Chinese people staying here on Ctrip, I would recommend it to everyone.

We lived in a penthouse. The elevator goes to the 4th floor, the penthouse is on the 5th, so if you have a baby stroller, a heavy suitcase, be prepared to carry it up the stairs one floor. The first thing that was most inconvenient in these apartments was the problems with hot water, there was none at all, sometimes it was lukewarm! It's good that there was a Hamam next to the apartments, we went there 🙈🤣 Secondly, we wanted to cook eggs for breakfast, it turned out that the electric stove did not work 🙈 We called the staff, studied the electric stove for a long time, they said that it did not turn on because of the existing frying pans, and promised to bring a suitable frying pan, we lived there for 5 days, the frying pan was never moved 😬 It's good that there were pots that worked on this stove and we boiled eggs for breakfast, the oven also saved us, we made hot sandwiches in it. And when we just moved in, 2 door handles were broken, but the staff immediately fixed them. Pros: The apartments were cleaned every day and towels were changed! A beautiful large terrace! Another plus is the location, Istiklal Street is nearby. The embankment and the Galata Bridge are not far away.
