We were there for two nights and everything was great. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was really nice. The people are very friendly and it's a great atmosphere. The cleanliness made me want to go there even more.I recommend it with all my pleasure.

The hotel staff was rude , very unhelpful, stay away from this hotel. We stayed at the hotel a few days and were stuck with bad service, the breakfast was very minimal with only a few ingredients. Also the room was not clean enough and there was noise.

We happen to leave some peanut skins on the floor. The cleaning burst into our room furious and was extremely rude over the apparent ‘mess’ we had left on the floor. She kept shouting in Turkish. Please avoid this hotel. Amir Khan

1-star room paid for 4-star price! To get to the second bed you had to jump over the first! For a couple of 50-60 years quite hard! I have traveled a lot in Turkey, but I have never been accommodated in such a room! Considering that I only stayed two nights, I didn't bother to change the room, because someone else before me was told that there were no more rooms, but I was disturbed by the principle itself, with what it can offer to tourists! Probably in the past it was a storage room that they turned into a room! I paid for 4 stars and was offered a locker! It is the first time I had this experience in Turkey! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! I think the photos say it all!

the worst hotel i have visit in my life the hotel give us 1 card for the room the room is very hot condition work only when you put the card on wall it take about 1 hours for the condition to be room cold the breakfast very poor no enogh juice just 1 and the staff close the juice machine before breakfast end 1 hour the hotel have no accessebilty for childs and wheelchairs very bad only stairs about 30

Clean and Tidy. Perfect for a short stay. Staff are kind and helpful. The Housekeepers are very friendly and gave wonderful customer service. Breakfast is average. The hotel is close to most of the famous landmarks with loads of shops surrounding

A good family hotel, we stayed at this hotel in mid-October for 3 nights. We are a large family, so we took one full 4-bed room and one 3-bed room. The rooms are normal, the furniture is good, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel is located right in the center of Lalale, close to many boutiques, cafes and various infrastructures. The Sultanahmed Mosque and Hagia Sophia can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes; there is a metro and tram stop nearby, where you can get to any part of the city. The hotel is good, worth the money.
