Nettes, kleines Hotel. Komfortable schöne Zimmer und für einen kurzen Städtetrip komplett ausreichend. Sehr zentrale Lage! Ein Restaurant ist im gleichen Haus! Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Essen! Alles war zufriedenstellend! Weiter so! Ich werde wieder kommen.

This place is absolute trash. Save yourself and DO NOT book here. Whatever price you book for, when you get there, they make you pay double saying that you’re lying about the price you saw online. The bathrooms are extremely moldy and the room is SO small. The ac was broken and it’s summer and they kept saying that the technician would come. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen and worst customer service. There’s so many nicer hotels for cheaper or just a couple dollars more. 0/10 stars. Scammers.

Me quede 4 noches en este hotel, es de destacar la atencion de su personal en particular Rami que me hizo el check in, me llamo siempre por mi nombre durante toda mi estadia y siempre preguntando si necesitaba algo eso es algo para destacar y para sentirse mas que bien, el dia de mi check out de madrugada estaba Samid si no recuerdo mal su nombre tambien super correcto y amable. Respecto al hotel, creo que le falta un poco de mantenimiento, lo estan haciendo de a poco se nota, la habitacion que me toco cama correcta, baño muy pequeño y era el el utlimo piso por lo tanto por la noche venian las palomas y gaviotas a dar conicerto en las tejas, primero pedi el cambio y me lo ofrecieron eso lo agradezco pero tenia una vista tan linda a la cupula del palacio Topkapi que desisti del cambio, igualmente los ruidos se calmaron. Es un hotel correcto para quedarse a descansar y muy bien ubicado en la zona historia de Estambul.

Мы должны были приехать в этот отель в середине марта, но по серьезныи причинам поезлка отменилась. Сроков бронирования я не нарушала - отменила бронь в период бесплатной отмены. Вот только отель снял с карты деньги за проживание еще за три недели до приезда, а отдавать обратно за неоказанную услугу совсем не собирается. Так что бронируя этот отель имейте ввиду, что деньги они снимут заранее, а возвращать вам будут с большим трудом. Мне так и не вернули пока, прошло больше двух недель.

Propre, emplacement impeccable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour les familles et les personnes qui veulent passer des moments agréables. Personnel chaleureux et accueillant, Notamment Rami et Bassel qui n'ont n'épargné aucun effort pour satisfaire les besoins des clients. Ils m'ont guidé dans la ville et fourni tous les renseignements nécessaires pour un séjour confortable à Istanbul.
