Very very kind and great staff, super helpful and always available. Great location and perfect for short stays.
Although this is a 3-star style Hotel and could improve on cleaning standards.

Очень приятно удивлены вниманием и предупредительностью персонала: при встрече все рассказали, учли пожелания, которые я указывала при бронировании, дали возможность самим выбрать номер, который нам больше понравится. Всегда приветливы и готовы решить любой вопрос. Расположен в тихой улочке, есть номера с видом на море и крыши:) до шумной Лалели с трамваем буквально 5 минут.
Завтраки могут показаться однообразными, но нам, традиционно завтракающими яйцами и овощами, всего было в изобилии. Даже если прийти под конец завтрака - все в наличии.
Из нюансов: номера маленькие (как и в большинстве городских отелей Стамбула). Уборку хотелось бы качественнее - на полу остались булавки какие-то, под тумбой тоже бумажки завалились.
По соотношению цена-качество однозначно рекомендую! Были в отеле дороже в прошлый раз, так там совершенно наплевательское отношение было. А тут ребятам большой респект!

I want to join the positive reviews! Everything is described correctly - a very good hotel (we had a triple room, 509, with a view of the courtyard and partly of the sea). The furniture is good, not old, the plumbing is normal! The towels and sheets are practically new! Thank you. It's just strange that there are no Russian channels, this is very bad, because I want to be aware of what is happening there! Breakfasts are very good, lots of everything. Especially a large selection of olives, jam (the best fig and strawberry). Regarding the staff: the guys at the reception were incredibly friendly, sociable and polite, speaking Russian! Bravo! A nice woman did the cleaning! But the bartender walked around dissatisfied all four mornings (he never even smiled and especially did not say good morning!). I will recommend it to my friends and, perhaps, I will stay here next time!

Great hotel for your money. Price - quality matches. The guys at the reception are very nice, polite, attentive, and always helped with everything. The room is clean, there is no smell in the room, the bed linen is very clean, there are plenty of towels, there were also slippers. On the floor where breakfast is held there is always free water, both hot and cold. Also, if some of the guests come, you can sit in the buffet. There is a terrace on the roof where there are chairs where you can sit in the evening and drink wine or tea.
Breakfast is good, everything is there. The most important advantage for me of this hotel is the staff. The friendliest of all hotels. I have been coming to Laleli for 15 years, there is something to compare with. Thank you very much to all the staff! We will definitely come again 😁

J’ai séjourné 8 jours à l’hôtel. Personnel est sympa, à l’écoute et professionnel. Le ménage était fait chaque jour, un fer à repasser est à disposition. Le p’tit déj est copieux et il y en a pour tous les goûts. La terrasse permet de se poser après l’agitation de la journée. Les chambres sont idéales vu qu’on visite en journée , la literie est bonne. Le quartier est safe et sympa. On est près du Tram 1, à 4 arrêts de Sultanahmet (mosquée, bleue…), et la ligne va jusqu’à la rive Européenne et aux embarcadères. On rentrait à pied à l'hôtel, emplacement idéal.
