Great hotel for your money. Price - quality matches. The guys at the reception are very nice, polite, attentive, and always helped with everything. The room is clean, there is no smell in the room, the bed linen is very clean, there are plenty of towels, there were also slippers. On the floor where breakfast is held there is always free water, both hot and cold. Also, if some of the guests come, you can sit in the buffet. There is a terrace on the roof where there are chairs where you can sit in the evening and drink wine or tea. Breakfast is good, everything is there. The most important advantage for me of this hotel is the staff. The friendliest of all hotels. I have been coming to Laleli for 15 years, there is something to compare with. Thank you very much to all the staff! We will definitely come again 😁

Very nice hotel. Discreet and professional staff, very clean rooms, cleaning was done every day. We had two adjoining rooms and we were immediately offered two connecting rooms. Internet speed is excellent in the rooms. Some people would complain about the size of the rooms, personally, it didn't bother me since I spend the night there and go out for walks. Others have complained that the buffet is not very varied but I don't see where the problem lies, same remark: I was with family (my husband and our 4 children), there was everything, sweets , salty food, cereals, hot and cold drinks, that was enough for us to last until 4 p.m. I also read complaints about noise due to its location in a garment district; the hotel is surrounded by beautiful stores with very beautiful windows full of beautiful ready-to-wear items, these shops are specialized in wholesale trade, we saw the merchants doing their shopping in bulk but we were never bothered by any noise. The location is ideal, near Tram 1, (Kabtash-BAGsilar Line), 4 stops from Sultanahmet (mosque, blue, Aya Sofia, Topkapi), a few stops further, it is the EMINONU station, starting point to Marmaray, Princes Island, excursions on the Bosphorus. From Sultanahmet, we walked back to the hotel and took the opportunity to visit the Grand Bazaar (on the way back). In short, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the location of the hotel. Thank you to the staff who were always attentive without forgetting, I insist on this point, their professionalism and discretion. For our next stay, we will happily return to this hotel.

In August 2020, we arrived with a friend and decided to stay, I wanted to go out and look for a hotel at that very moment 🥵 but unfortunately we all paid in advance and it was too late. I'll tell you briefly: the rooms are small, the CARPETS SMELLED as if they had never been washed, we informed the staff about this, but there was no point🤷‍♀️ They didn’t inform us that there would be no iron and spent half a day looking for an iron, plus the breakfast was so-so. The cleaning was terrible, the carpets were sticky, they changed the towels and barely cleaned the bathroom
