1.價格便宜。我早定，又是攜程黑鑽會員，這個民宿對攜程高等級會員價格優惠，每晚六百元人民幣。
2.位置在老城區，離藍色清真寺和索菲亞教堂近，步行十分鐘就到。
3.我入住時看名稱是酒店，實質是普通的民宿，周圍都是吵雜的餐廳，很擔心安不安靜。辦理入住的戴眼鏡的小哥爽快地説，給25歐小費，他把所有民宿總共七間房間開出來，讓我隨便挑。我挑了最高層，不鄰街，看似最安靜的房間，爽快。
缺點:我當時就納悶，攜程評分還挺高，為何當天可以讓我當天七間房間隨便挑，為啥就沒人入住？當天晚上就知道了缺點。就是這個是民宿，不是酒店，它鄰近清真寺，卻不作隔音，窗户薄薄的普通玻璃。每天清真寺有五次禱告，禮拜的聲音通過大喇叭在房間回蕩。我入住這幾晚都沒有睡好。其中有三次的時間最受不了，分別是早上的清晨五點鐘，中午的一點，晚上的午夜十一點。這三個時間對映的不是在睡覺就是午休，讓人極其崩潰。就是鄰近清真寺的優點，也是缺點，但其實也好改，就是多加一層隔音玻璃就好，但這個民宿太偷懶。所以要提醒民宿的老闆，客人並不是每個都是穆斯林，而且遊客每天要走行程，睡眠不好會受影響的
2.每天海鷗的聲音好吵，從早上四點多開始就一直吵個不停，在房間裏整幢樓每個角落都聽的一清二楚，特別崩潰。這裏要表揚一下攜程的客服人員的處理，我投訴後，客服人員在和我當場聯繫後，確認太吵鬧，完全睡不着，主動與民宿老闆溝通退房，雖退房沒有得到同意，但給了一定的補償讓我重新在外找新的住宿，這個體現的攜程優秀的服務理念。
3.民宿養貓，貓一上房間就趴在床上，我告訴戴眼鏡的小哥，他説貓很乾凈，每個房間的床上都會躺，沒關係，可我明明看到貓有時也會躺在街上的泥地上，我也是養狗的，我允許自家的狗躺在自家的床上，但不會允許它躺在別人的床上。但在這個民宿，貓卻被允許躺在客人的床上，甚至餐桌上，總覺得有點不夠衞生。
下面，分別是房間空調漏水，其實相對於聲音的吵鬧睡不着，我都覺得空調漏水沒什麼大不了，唉。還有就是在房間半夜錄的清真寺禱告的聲音和凌晨海鷗吵鬧的聲音

Convenient transportation, close to the scenic area and the bay. The room is clean, tidy, new and beautifully decorated. The room supplies are complete and very detailed. The most noteworthy thing is the breakfast here, with a good environment, rich and delicious food; the service attitude is very friendly and enthusiastic. Our departure day coincided with the World Marathon Day, and the road near the hotel was closed. Thanks to the service brother for helping to provide various solutions and finally helping us to depart smoothly and catch the plane. A pleasant stay experience, must be praised with five stars.

An ideal place to relax. Very large and clean rooms. Everywhere is in order, the smell in the lobby and stairs is just a plague!!! Polite staff, cleaning every day. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is fire, the furniture is all good. I definitely recommend it. View from the window into space.

The location is very good. You can walk to all the attractions in the old town. The hotel is similar to a B&B. It is not big. The environment is quite warm and it looks very clean. The boss is also very nice and he is very enthusiastic to help us carry our luggage. The breakfast is very rich and unique. But I feel the price is a little high, everything else is good.
