Frida Suites

Terrible apartment. We were given a room on the first floor. Be prepared for the fact that the stomping of neighbors upstairs and on the stairs will be very loud in the room. For two of us, we were given 4 towels (2 bath towels, 1 for hands and 1 for feet), mind you, there are no slippers. The dishes were chipped, I asked to replace them, they promised in the morning, they replaced (or rather took them from another room) only after 2 days. There was a frying pan and a saucepan, but I did not even risk doing anything to them (you can see in the photo). There were burn marks on all the furniture, there was a sofa in the room, but the fabric was so worn and dirty that even with clothes on you do not want to sit on it. Also, keep in mind that there may be problems when checking in. Also, there are only two pillows on the bed, and they are of terrible quality and old. The night before, I wrote that we would be in such-and-such a time interval. But we were met by closed doors. Fortunately, the locals helped me get through to her and the girl came. They left the same way, I wrote, silence and as a result, they put the keys and slammed the door. These apartments left a bad impression.

I will start my review with a huge gratitude to the employees and the fact that they helped us a lot and made concessions with the change of number. We lived in these apartments for 10 days. Very nice apartments in a perfect location! But, there are a few points. For me, the view from the window is a very important factor, and in the suites, the view from the window to the dirty wall, which is a maximum of 1 meter from the window, there is no daylight in the room, even the walls pressed on me. If you plan to walk at night and sleep during the day, then this is the perfect room, but if it’s the other way around, it’s better to book a superior suite. Also, there is practically no noise insulation in the apartments, and when you live on the ground floor, you hear everyone who comes in and out of the entrance. So it’s better to settle on the upper floors there, it’s much quieter and calmer, but you need to keep in mind that there is a very steep staircase in the entrance. The room was cleaned upon request and the sheets and towels were changed every time, cleaned very well. I read somewhere that old towels and bedding, so everyone had already replaced the towels and the bedding was new! The kitchen had all the utensils to cook anything. The location is just perfect, quiet and cozy side street 5 minutes walk from Taksim square, excellent cafes nearby and a kerefur supermarket 100 meters away
