The rooms are very small. The sink was leaking from the bottom. The shower door only opened a crack. The light in the bathroom was also broken and the remote control for the air conditioning didn't work.

Персонал хороший , но номера, еда, терраса оставляют желать лучшего. Лет 5-7 назад наверное было хорошо , но сейчас это ужас , полы вздутые , в ванной кругом плесень , стены в песягах , холодильник ели работает , плинтуса все в мясо . За эти деньги можно найти гораздо лучше!

Hotel fatiscente categoria al massimo direi 2 stelle. Pavimenti in linoleum, porte in panforte impiallacciate , abbiamo dovuto chiedere una nuova camera in quanto quella assegnata aveva un rubinetto rotto e sibilava fortissimo, nella nuova camera la porta della doccia era rotta e non si chiudeva. La colazione non da 4 stelle , unica nota positiva il personale ,veramente gentilissimo e disponibile dalle signore che pulivano le stanze al manager. Solo un consierge da segnalare veramente di basso livello che ha messo molto in imbarazzo mia figlia che si è sentita molto a disagio e si è spaventata, comunque abbiamo segnalato al manager che ha risolto in modo professionale. Non capisco perché sia segnato come 4 stelle nel sito considerato che non c'è traccia di questa categoria neppure sull' insegna dell' hotel. Dovrebbero pubblicizzarlo per quello che è così uno non si aspetta nulla e non rimane deluso. Ringrazio comunque il personale mi dispiace che persone cosi professionali e attente debbano lavorare in un hotel così fatiscente .

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Reservamos una habitación doble con vistas a la ciudad. Al llegar nos dicen que ha habido un problema con la reserva y que la primera noche nos daban una habitación triple, más espaciosa. La habitación era un cuarto en el sótano,sin ventanas y llena de mugre y moho. Luego nos cambiaron de habitación a una sin espacio para las maletas, con el baño mohoso y vistas al edificio de enfrente. El escaso desayuno en un plato envuelto en papel film solo lo comimos el primer día. No sé de dónde sacan las 4 estrellas.

this hotel is an absolut nightmare. sold to us by reputable Spanish travel company El Corte Ingles as a 4star hotel,it does not deserve a single one. rooms excedeelingly small. you can hear peopletalking in rooms next to you. constant movement of people nightly. desparately inneed of refurbishment and repairs
