Cons:
Booked a room with a window, city view. Got a room with a window into the wall. Not even light got in! You can't open the window and there is no wind because of the wall.
The air conditioner doesn't cool, we slept 2 nights all wet. The refrigerator doesn't work either.
Pros:
Very polite staff, great guys.
Cleanliness! The hotel is very clean
Breakfasts are good, with lots of cheeses, sausages and hot dishes

Останавливалась в этом отеле уже второй раз. Месторасположение очень удобное. В номерах тихо и уютно. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Чисто, уютно, завтрак хороший. Посетила спа зону. Отличный хамам и сауна. ( очень чисто, что располагает ). Очень вежливый и приятный в общении персонал. Рекомендую данный отель к посещению и в следующий раз, непременно снова выберу его.
