I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, very small, with inadequate lighting even for reading (burnt out light bulbs). With uneven floors and dirty carpeting. No one made up the room for 4 nights. The door to the shared terrace could not be locked (serious safety limitation). The half-detached curtains did not allow darkening. The refrigerator was not working. The escape routes were not marked and in any case unsafe in the event of a fire. The assistance was almost zero, it was not possible to get a second pillow. We requested a room change, willing to pay but there was no availability. An experience not to be repeated

Lovely Hotel
Amazing location close to all Karaköy İstanbul activities and Galata area and Galata new port.
Staff polite and friendly. good service I have received there. I stayed one night so I didn't face the hotel bad side. Same as what happened in other three hotels during my long vacation stay.
