The location is great, everything is nearby. The room is clean, everything is there, but the towels are old and stained. The bed is clean. The closet is spacious, there are many hangers, the curtains are thick, it is comfortable to sleep, the only thing is noisy in the hallway, at 4 am the neighbors woke us up, they were talking very loudly at the door, there is poor sound insulation at the door. The service is good, they called a transfer.

A great experience staying at this hotel for the second time! Ideally located, close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, lots of restaurants, etc. The staff really made this experience a joy, especially Hassan who was very helpful, professional and an absolute delight. Same for the cleaning lady, who was as sweet and helpful. Slight discomfort may come from the noise inside/outside the hotel (seagulls particularly) and the breakfast could be a touch nicer. But overall, I really enjoyed staying there again and would highly recommend it.

Posizione comoda in quanto vicino a Santa Sofia, Moschea Blu, Topkapi ecc ecc.
Pulizia veramente scarsa, ho trovato capelli sul letto e peli fra struttura e materasso.
Tanta polvere ovunque nella stanza e superfici con macchie di sporco da pulire. Ho dovuto provvedere io. Bagno senza finestra e senza aspiratore. Colazione veramente scarsa, qualitativamente. Letto comodo. In definitiva, non la consiglierei.

Fabulous location. Helpful and pleasant staff, Mustafa at reception was helpful. Jaafar is friendly and helpful. The staff is friendly and we got to sightsee and also managed to take breaks in the middle of the day, thanks to the excellent hotel location close to the tram and the attractions. Loads of food options nearby. I recommend the hotel. The rooms have good insulation to noise, call to prayer can be heard but not too loud. I would book here again.
