A good hotel in the very center of the historical part of the city, about 10 minutes to all the main attractions, which is incredibly convenient. I would like to separately note the very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help hotel staff. If you do not speak English, the hotel has a manager Arslan who speaks excellent Russian, I would like to say a special thank you to him for helping with everything, including sending a postcard to friends, which I did not have time to send myself :) If you are traveling with family or a group, it is worth keeping in mind that the rooms in the hotel are very small. The rooms are clean, but not super new, especially the plumbing. Breakfasts are delicious, a fairly simple buffet, but our group of three people with different preferences easily found something for themselves. If you want to walk to the main attractions and the Bosphorus, and not uphill, then this hotel will be a good choice for your money.

It was close to tourist sites like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, so I was able to sightsee efficiently.
The room was clean and there were no problems with water pressure.
However, there were no tissues in the room, which was a negative point.
The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were polite.

Perfectly located near to all the major landmarks. The service was also pretty good. I arrived long before check in time and they allowed me to have breakfas which was also prettt good. Would definitely stay again. Be careful with the toilets though... it requires both buttons to be pressed at the same time... figured it out, so that was fine 🙂

First of all I'd like to add that staff in this hotel is perfect, super nice and helpful.
But are some minuses that made me crazy in this hotel:
- terrible wi-fi, the connection failed all the time, it was impossible to google any info with pictures, or sent any files in messengers
- the showerhead has black mold on it, disgusting.
- the room is super tiny so when I opened front door it was stuck by bed.
- Toilet flushed really badly
- No supplements, no tooth brushes, htere was awfull shower gel and shampoo in common tube and that's it. Moreover it is not obvious what is shampoo and what is shower gel
- there were no covers for blankets and it was quite hard to explain them which item exacly they need to bring. Also they removed them after clean service and I had to explain it again.
- It was impossible to sleep with open window: it is SOOOO noisy over there. There restaurants, smoking people and tram since 5 am till 1 am
- breakfast is strange, the food is not tasty and fried eggs is the only thing that helped the situation
- bed linen is quite old.

Perfect location , close to main tourist spot. But what amaze me is the friendly service from the staff, special shoutout to Efe and Purkan. They cater to our needs and even prepared our takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight.
