Location is worth 10 points. Unfortunately I have to write….The hotel is tired. Needs renovation. The carpeted steps are really sad and I hope it didn’t seem to us that they were just being repaired at that moment. Breakfast... seems plentiful and varied. At first sight. This is my second stay at this marvelous hotel. The duty manager was really helpful. Although I arrived at the hotel at 6:45 am and check in time was 2 pm, he went out of his way to accommodate me and I was able to check in around 8:30 am so that I was able to rest from my long flight. The location of the hotel was so very convenient, really close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia as well as the Hamam. On my day of departure, since I had to arrive at the airport at 7 am and therefore would miss breakfast, the duty manager arranged for a packet lunchbox. Very well done and customer focused. I will be back to this hotel for sure!
