The location was great, close to a famous mosque. However, it took a long time to check in, perhaps because the staff was not used to it. Also, I booked with breakfast included, but the hotel thought it was without breakfast, so they asked me to give them the room key instead of the breakfast voucher. I left the key with the lady in the restaurant, but it hadn't been returned even after a while, so I went to the front desk. However, there was no one there, so I had to go back and ask the lady in the restaurant where the key was, which was a hassle.

Hotel meals are expensive and the menu is too poor. None, the first room I booked was a basement room, so it was not displayed when making a reservation for a basement room, so I made a reservation, but I had to add 50 euros to overturn it and check in. ,This is a hotel I don't want to go to again

We didn’t enjoy the stay at Divas Hotel at all because it looked very disgusting inside the hotel and extremely dirty! Everything is broken including the shower! The bed is also broken from beneath. What a disgusting hotel 🤮

Reservamos 8 noches para nuestra estancia en estambul. Llegamos al hotel y parecía abandonado. Nos llevaron a la habitación y todo estaba por los suelos sucio, colchones usados fuera… nos vimos obligados a reservar otro hotel. NO RESERVÉIS!

Good location near Blue Mosk
Clean room and confortable bed. Great location near Blue Mosk. Hotel not very flexible on making a very small minor change to reservation so make sure all details are ok when you hit the "reserve button". Will organize transfer to the airport.

The photos on the site are not old, date from 2015, the reality now is something else, do not get scammed friends. For the price there is much better I assure you. Everything needs to be reviewed in this hotel, the breakfast is an endless repetition of the menu.
