Objectively speaking, the service quality of this hotel in Istanbul, Turkey is really disappointing and one of the worst I have ever experienced. Room cleaning service is often missed, and there are even stains on the newly changed sheets. The supply of mineral water is also very unstable. It is required to purchase it at your own expense the next day after it is provided on the first day. What is even more unpleasant is that the shower gel and shampoo in the room are not replaced in time. Overall, this is a very bad hotel stay experience. I attach pictures to ensure that they are all real experiences

The location of the hotel is good, right next to the famous tower, there is a terrace with a view of old Istanbul. But, the furniture is old, as is the renovation, and two huge problems, I specifically chose a large bed, a sore back, in the end two beds are pushed together, the mattresses are moving apart, it is impossible to sleep, and the second problem, the bathroom smells very strongly of sewage, just to the point of nausea, it was impossible to overcome, the exhaust fan was on, I opened the windows, all the same, horror.

Lovely hotel next to the Galata Tower.
The staff is very polite. Cleaning every day, the rooms are clean. There is an elevator. Comfortable bed. We were very pleased!

Location is not good. It’s not easy to locate it with the map , u need to ask the people. Cleanliness is acceptable. Don’t go with high expectations
