I stayed for 1 night end of March 2024 and 3 days in April 2024 2-5 April. Airconditioning is broken for the whole hotel during my 2 stays.
only 1 bottle of water is provided to the room upon arrival, you have to buy your own drinkink water.
Breakfast is simple, not much choice, I would rate it below avarage

Άθλιο να πω είναι λίγο!!!! Βρόμικο, άσχημη μυρωδιά παντού. Στο δωμάτιο μέσα ήθελες να ξεράσεις από τη βρώμα και την άσχημη μυρωδιά σκόρδου παστουρμά και όλα μαζί. Τα κουφώματα οι βρύσες το μπάνιο όλα γαριασμένα, σάπια, ετοιμόρροπα. Η μπανιέρα είχε ξεχασμένα μπάζα. Η Εξυπηρέτηση, χειρότερη δεν έχουμε ζήσει. Στη Reception παιδάκια που δε μιλούν αγγλικά. Μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο που ήταν ήδη άλλοι μέσα (πάλι καλά που όταν μπήκαμε δεν ήταν γυμνοί οι άνθρωποι και ευτυχώς ήταν έλληνες και δεν παρεξηγηθήκαμε να έχουμε άλλα). Όταν τους είπαμε ότι θα φύγουμε(ένα βράδυ και πολύ ήταν) μας μάζεψαν (χωρίς ενημέρωση) όλα μας τα πράγματα μόνοι τους. Όταν κάναμε φασαρία, μας γελούσαν ειρωνικά. Το ένα κρεβάτι δεν είχε σκέπασμα καθόλου, όταν ζητήσαμε μια κουβέρτα μας απάντησαν ότι θα μας φέρουν την επόμενη μερα το πρωί. Αφού κάναμε φασαρία μας έφεραν μια κουβέρτα χρησιμοποιημένη (τι να πω άλλο θεέ μου) Κοιμηθήκαμε με τα ρούχα. Το πρωινό είχε κάτι άθλια λουκάνικα, τζατζίκι, πατάτες τηγανιτές και κάτι καυτερά άθλια φαγητά δικά τους. Αίσχος, δε φάγαμε τίποτα. Στο διάδρομο περπάταγε μια κατσαρίδα. Επειδή είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία (το μοναδικό καλό) λόγω της κατάστασης του είναι φθηνό επομένως είναι γεμάτο με έλληνες τουρίστες! Γι αυτό γράφω εδώ! Για να προειδοποιήσω όλα τα ταξιδιωτικά γραφεία και όλους τους έλληνες να μην πατήσει κανείς ξανά εκεί! Όσοι δε με ακούσετε θα την πατήσετε!! Σιγουραααααα!!! Όσα είπα είναι λίγα. Αν μπορούσα να βάλω μείον 10 βάθους θα το έκανα!!

Greetings Our stay at Euro Plaza hotel was really satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful. One piece of advice about our trip to Istanbul : ❌Never Ever Take a Tour with “BEDIR tour agency”. They r a group of liars and fraudsters. They charged us $80 for each tourist package and took us to historical places which had free admissions😏 Their mismanagement ruined our day to Buyukada Island. They hadn’t checked the weather conditions and it was terribly raining and we couldn’t even take good photos. Most tourist were complaining. Unfortunately, their food services had the least quality. I texted and called them but their manager answered me way too impolitely, didn’t pay attention to my complaints, didn’t cancel our tour packages and didn’t refund our money. Plz DON’T waste ur money on Badir tour agency. ❌( لطفا با «آژانس گردشگری بِدیر» همکاری نکنید. اینها گروهی از دروغگوها و شیادان هستند. )
