Luxurious hotel, I think one of the best in Istanbul with such a location (three minutes walk to Taksim Square). The room with a view of the Bosphorus is breathtakingly beautiful. Excellent breakfasts. Good swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, hamam (included in the price of accommodation)

The check-in provided by Ctrip was booked by an agent. When there was a problem with the personnel list verification, the attitude of the front desk was extremely arrogant and condescending.
