Very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious. There was a problem with the room on the first day of check-in. The store immediately arranged to change rooms and handled the problem quickly. I recommend coming again next time!

Unfortunately the location is a bit out of the way, you would have to walk up and down the street to get to the hotel.
The breakfast has a lot to choose from. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly.

It is a not too big hotel 10 min walk to the old town.
Despite the building being old and authentic.
Friendly and helpful employees.
Good beds which we find very important.
And a great breakfast that will give you enough energy to explore Istanbul.
The price and quality ratio is excellent.

Good budget hotel
Good hotel , stayed here before but has been refurbished since and is better.Staff are helpful and eager to please.
Breakfast is fine but could do with changes on some days to give a bit of variety.
Good location but on a steep road which has limited vehicle access during the daytime, so be prepared to walk to hotel with your luggage.
We would go again

Questo hotel ,di 4 stelle a ben poco! Le pulizie della stanza in quattro notti sono state fatte soltanto una volta. Su tre letti presenti nella stanza c'era solo una presa elettrica a fianco il letto matrimoniale e l'altra dietro al frigo lontano dai letti. L'ascensore non è presente. Luce nello specchio del bagno fulminata. Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale. Purtroppo il giorno in cui hanno fatto le pulizie Mi è sparita una piccola boccetta di profumo E questa cosa mi ha lasciato parecchio triste. Ho provato a parlarne al ragazzo che lavorava nell'hotel il quale mi ha risposto male, presumendo che io mi fossi sbagliato. Questo non è possibile perché Io viaggio sempre con due boccette di profumo nel beauty case. L'ho cercata dappertutto nella stanza , nella valigia, nei cassetti, Ma questa boccetta di profumo non è comparsa. Bastava che me l'ha restituissero e io ci sarei passato su! Ci sono rimasto molto male ed è per questo che vi do una stella

If you like nostalgic things, you'll like it. We found the staff and service very good. They were very helpful and super friendly in everything. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and delicious. The location was good and very central, although it was a steep climb, the tram and metro were right there and it was only a few minutes' walk to the closed market. We were very happy with everything. P.S.: there is no elevator but very steep stairs :)
