I liked this hotel so much for kindness of their staff, especially Önder) anytime ready to help , always smiling! Even though the hotel is not offering the best facilities , their huge plus that the hotel located near to the biggest sightseeing place! Breakfast was nice too, but i will never forget the smiling and caring at the reception :)

Stayed for a week. All together very pleasant stay and good staff but with few slips. Exceptional location – between metro M2 and tram T1 lines. Some major (most popular) touristic attractions (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Blue mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar) in walking distance. Hotel front desk staff was extremely professional, efficient, hospitable and friendly. Breakfast - nice selection, staff is committed and friendly although sometimes a bit slow when buffet start running low and some trays require refilling. Room was clean and spacious enough for two of us. Main issue was sloppiness of cleaning maid. Providing new water bottles every day but did not remove dirty plate that remained from complementary cookies for few days. Main grievance – one day didn’t change/provide fresh towels. Hotel is not new, many things are old but well maintained. All together in my opinion still excellent value for money. Would go there again.
