Top-notch service; every single Marriott team member was consistently service-oriented, friendly, and very professional.
Great infrastructure between two metro stations, with bus stops a 1-minute walk away.
Varied breakfast options, Executive Lounge with a great view of Istanbul and the Bosphorus.
The spa and hammam gave us time to relax during our stay.
Many thanks also to Duty Manager Tarık Tanman, who regularly checked in to see if we were satisfied with everything.

The hotel is an average 5-star. The furniture in the rooms is a bit tired, the sofa and carpet are stained, the plumbing has traces of plaque. Very comfortable bed, clean and white bed linen and towel. The bathroom has everything you need.
The breakfast is not bad, but the choice of dishes is worse compared to such 5-star hotels in Istanbul as Pera Palace, Sheraton Levent, Doubletree by Hilton-Moda.
When checking in, we were offered a choice of a family room or a room with a sea view and separate beds.
