Everything is great. Many thanks to the hotel team for the quality service.
Breakfasts are excellent. It's a pity we couldn't have breakfast on the terrace (we were unlucky with the weather). The rooms are clean, quite new. Cleaning is high-quality and constant.
The location of the hotel seemed convenient to us (near the metro, the old city).
And, most importantly, excellent price/quality ratio.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It is truly a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. The breakfast lady is amazing. Cooks the best scrambled eggs. Laundry service is great. Ours was washed, folded and returned to room same day at a very reasonable price. Highly impressed! Will recommend it to all our friends.

Hotels in Istanbul are relatively expensive. This hotel is medium-priced. Except for the dim lighting, everything else is OK. The hotel staff is very considerate and helpful. There is a price tag at the reception desk saying that the hotel is 45 euros to Saw Airport, so I asked the hotel to help me arrange a car to Saw Airport. But it took about a few minutes to 10 minutes to get on the car. The driver mentioned the current traffic problem and said that we should go through the tunnel.
He wanted to charge another 10 Euros. It was around 3:15 pm. I told him that I had a flight at 8 o'clock tonight and I didn't have any Euros, but he went ahead anyway. After I gave him US dollars, he said the money changer wouldn't accept 1 US dollar bills. I only had 405 Turkish rupees on me and I paid more than he did. If he had told me earlier, I would have gotten off the car, because basically most taxis in Istanbul are like this, quoting random prices. When I was in the city, I got off the car immediately after the taxi quoted a random price, but because I had already traveled a distance, a woman was afraid that the driver would drop me off, so I had no choice but to pay. I originally wanted to pay the tunnel toll myself, but the driver asked me to pay him because I wanted to know how much it would be. In the end, I didn't see the tunnel toll. I hope the taxi bosses in Istanbul don't do this and scare tourists! ! !
