Meningen var at, skulle være i Sapphire hotel men de flyttede os til Maywood hotel på grund fuld renovering. I Maywood hotel var maden rigtig gamelt, og råddnet der var et rådene æg, og ikke nok mad. Vandet smagte af benzin og der var rester på tallerknerne. Vi har gentagene gange klaget til lederen, som er den samme leder i Sapphire hotel, men han ikke ændret noget, og ville ikke tage imod vores feedback. Vores ferie er ødelagt.

Le personnel est très professionnel, agréable et gentil. Le cadeau de départ une tres touchante attention. Sa localisation est idéale pour un premier ou court séjour. S'il faut nuancer, le petit déjeuner est juste bien ! Jus d'orange à améliorer...

Every thing was great.. location.. room.. staff.. the breakfast was delicious.. and the rooms was elegantly decorated and clean.. it’s a new hotel .. in the middle of the old city.. near from main attractions.. not more than 12 min to Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque

Voyage en coupe dans cette Hôtel a été impeccable, situation géographique excellente, établissement propre refait a neuf, le wifi fonctionne bien ,le petit déjeuner est bien garni et diversifiée et personnel très gentil .je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Замечательный отель! Очень чисто, уютно и красиво. Удобное расположение в центре исторического Стамбула. Хороший сервис, отличные и вкусные завтраки. В номере есть все необходимое. Удобный матрас и подушки. Персоналу особое спасибо, приятные и вежливые .Есть администратор разговаривающий на русском языке. Подскажет и поможет с любым вопросом. Вообщем все понравилось! Надеюсь будем останавливаться еще в Сапфире.

Todo perfecto, el personal super amable y muy atentos siempre, la cercanía a todo, calle muy centrica y la comodidad de las habitaciones, por poner un pero, el desayuno, pero es normal, otra cultura, la verdad que si tengo que volver, volveria a este hotel
