Very nice hotel. We had a room with a very nice view. The rooms were cleaned every day. We had a room with breakfast. The breakfasts were standard as everywhere but tasty. However, there was not much space in the dining room. Sometimes we couldn't find a table. The service... they don't want to "throw everyone in one bag" but for me they were not nice. Sometimes when saying good morning to someone they didn't even reply. The gentleman who took us to the room was disgusted that he didn't get a tip from us. (and we simply didn't have cash with us to give him). Later he didn't even reply good morning 😅. The ladies at the reception were very nice. The pros and cons are the location. If you decide on this hotel, be sure to check what you expect. Because the hotel is on the sidelines.

This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I always received a good service. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and close to the Mall of Istanbul. The rooms are modern and clean. I stayed at the large corner suite, and it was very large and had floor to ceiling windows throughout the room and the bathroom. Lovely city views throughout. I will be back again. Great value for money too.
