10 из 10 ставлю только за девушку на ресепшене - Софию! Очень милая с безумно красивыми глазами. Прекрасно говорит на русском, помогала нам со всеми вопросами, которые даже не касались ее работы. Парень Федор всегда помогал нам с вещами и с другими просьбами. Расположение слишком оживленное для нас. Сплошные магазины и очень много русских. Настоящей Турции здесь нет. Завтраки вкусные, сытные. Красивый ресторан и терраса с красивым видом. У нас был номер с видом на соседний отель и на оживленную улицу. Номер уже достаточно "потасканный": сколотая плитка, кое-где плесень в душе, мебель подбитая. Стены как будто из картона, слышно все, что происходит в соседнем номере и за дверью. В бассейн и спа зашли и с ужасом убежали. Под отелем находится карго. Это отличное место для тех, кто приезжает закупаться турецким товаром. Контингент в отеле соответствующий. Для отдыха не рекомендую. Для рабочей поездки - норм, если будете возвращаться с закатом и засыпать от усталости и если вам в принципе все равно на все, описанное выше.

Hôtel très bien situé et très bien entretenu, très bonne literie. Proche des commerces (Restau, magasins vêtements, souvenirs...)et des transports en commun. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Notre chambre triple était spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner copieux composé de mets sucrés et salés. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Je le recommande.

We were very pleased with this hotel and would have given it 5 stars, only for a few small details. The location is excellent, 15 minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar, 20-25 minutes from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. There are a number of decent restaurants close by, where you are not hassled by hawkers trying to drag you in. Rooms were delightful but the bathrooms need a bit of attention. We were a group of 13 and we had a problem, as did a number of our friends, with the shower doors, which were very difficult to open/close. Controlling the heating was also a bit of an issue for a number of our friends, although our rooms wasn't too bad. Breakfast lacked a bit of lustre - there was plenty to eat but little change, day to day. (I loved the baklava, though!!!) The staff were all superb, helpful and friendly. Would we stay here again? Quite probably!
