Would give it a solid 3.5 stars coming to 4 by Australian standards but wouldn’t call it a 5 star. A little messy, rough around the edges and clumsy service.
Had to ask a multiple times for help regarding a bath that didn’t hold water or lights that flicked annoyingly like strobe lights. Also I was by reception many times about my child coming, I don’t have a child and had to make that clear on multiple occasions !?
The facilities are actually nice , ie pool and baths etc but wasn’t really made aware or found in the maze of areas until the end to my trip :(

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the room didn't even have a small window to get oxygen. The guy at the reception said that even though I had paid, the payment wasn't visible in the system, it might have just started, but I was going to pay again to see if a provision had been taken. He spoke very confidently, it would be a serious mistake for people to pay twice. I've stayed many times before, but I've never stayed in such a bad, airless, smoke-filled, windowless room. This time, I regretfully want to share my bad experience.
