They put us in a room with no view, even with a view of the basement! Although we paid for an improved room with a beautiful view! They said we paid for a regular standard room! Who is to blame? The aggregator or the hotel? But they changed it the next day, but the view is still not the same as in the photo when choosing

Hotel is in excellent location- right next to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Good breakfast selection. Nice size room. Bathroom is not ideal. The shower faucet was broken and we needed to let front desk know about it twice in order for them to correct it. Also water was not hot enough. Overall an ok stay.

The hotel is in the historical part of Istanbul, 2 minutes and you are in Sultanahmet. We were not lucky with the view, the windows were overlooking the courtyard (it is better to take a view of the city).
It is really missing if not a swimming pool, then at least a small SPA center.
It should also be taken into account that a taxi cannot drive up to the hotel, since there is a pedestrian zone, you either have to walk with a suitcase to the intersection, or order a buggy from the hotel to take you there.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say the service was top-notch from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mirac, Burak, and Talha, who truly made my experience unforgettable.
If you're looking for a hotel with excellent service and a dedicated team that genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!
