The overall experience of staying at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Istanbul this time is still good, with several main advantages:
First of all, its breakfast is really delicious. Not only is there good quality coffee, but there are also many local Turkish specialties to choose from, and the taste and variety are quite satisfactory to me.
The second highlight is the Western restaurant downstairs in the hotel. Because we were tired after walking all day that day, there were not many restaurant options within walking distance, so we simply had dinner in the hotel, and the taste and environment were very good.
The third point is that the hotel is very close to the New Palace (Dolmabahçe Palace), about five to ten minutes walk. We went to take pictures of seagulls and the seaside scenery early the next morning, which was very beautiful. I highly recommend getting up early to experience it.
However, the Ritz-Carlton is already a high-end price. There are other options at this price. I would highly recommend the Hilton where we stayed at Hagia Sophia, which has a unique location.
