They are not nice at all
I booked a room for my family , they are from Iran and this was in the same time Isreal attacked to Iran, and due airport shutdown they couldn’t get to Turkey, I tried hard to either change the date or get a refund due to the situation so I don’t loose my money but they didn’t accept to do any of that.
Thats a shame and away from humanity!

In terms of the location the hotel is perfectly situated very close to taksim square and
almost on Istiklal street which means it’s very close to the metro also, Hotel itself is small with a very small lobby and extremely small rooms. However the rooms are clean and all amenities available except the tv which is not smart. Also the rooms have no view at all and face a dead wall. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast and service is excellent and the reception staff is also very friendly and helpful. The main good feature of this hotel is location and worst aspect is the no view claustrophobic environment of the room. The bathroom is very clean and showers are also great. Umbrellas are not available in the hotel for guests. Overall not a bad experience for the price.

The room is comfortable and clean, the service is very good, close to Istiklal Avenue, the transportation location is very good, you can walk to all the attractions.

It was nice that it was close to both Istiklal Street and Taksim Square! (It's a little far from the airport bus stop)
The room itself is not big, but it's comfortable, and the bathroom water flows well, which is nice :)
