I didn't like the hotel, I don't recommend it.
Let's start with the fact that I was promised fruit as a gift (I didn't ask for it), but there wasn't any. The young man at the reception said: no problem, I can bring it. If you need anything, write to WhatsApp and left. And he never came back, didn't bring anything and didn't answer messages. I really didn't like it, it spoiled the impression.
2. The location is bad, the place is ugly, the street is dirty. The view from one window is terrible, the balcony is microscopic, from the other to a blank wall.
3. The room is unclean in places, especially in the bathroom, the sofa is burnt with cigarettes in several places (photos attached)
4. No hair dryer, no mirror above the sink
Not worth the money, I would definitely never come back here and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

The room was very cold, the heater was not working, they told me to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn't work either, so I tried to warm up the room with a small heater.

I checked in at around 2 pm, but the room had not been cleaned yet, and the promised fruit was not available. Transportation and nearby attractions are OK. The lack of an elevator is a big problem... The stairs are spiral... It is not very convenient to carry luggage up and down.

They mixed up the numbers, put me in a worse one, I fought to get my number the next day, they didn't recalculate, I waited until the evening the next day for them to change the number, I lost a day because of this. No compensation for the inconvenience, check-out at 11.
The service and customer focus leaves much to be desired.
If I had the opportunity, I would have returned the money.
