There were used towels in the room. The bathroom and toilet were clean but the living room was dirty. There were no channels on the TV, I added them. The reception is open at certain times of the day. You get the key from the room doors. I had to call a few times because I arrived late. The location on the trip was wrong. There is no elevator. There was no water or tea or coffee in the room. The bathroom water was running slowly and the hot water came very late. The paint and ambiance of the room were nice. The design was nice. The bed was clean. It is not clear whether the air conditioner was working or not. And while I was in the room, the cleaners thought the room was empty and opened the door in the morning. And there is a construction site outside, you can hear the sound of machinery during the day and in the morning.

We couldn't stay at the hotel even though we had a reservation. They said it was because of the website, but we don't know if they gave the room to someone else because we arrived late. They said there were no rooms, they refunded our money, but we had to look for another place in the evening.

The hotel was modern in style and had excellent facilities. All the facilities worked perfectly and if any problems arose, the staff were immediately available to help.

Our Room was renter again without Check out one night before.
Also ist was not the same room and Bets we booked, we booked for Three nights but we had to book another Hotel and thy didn’t Cancel for our wish.
Very Bad ….
