The hotel is about 20 minutes' drive from Istanbul Airport. Public transportation is not convenient, especially for guests who arrive late and just stay overnight. The pick-up must be booked with the hotel in advance, but the problem is that Istanbul Airport is very large, and it is very inconvenient to meet with the driver. It is very difficult to communicate with the hotel about the pick-up plan (they don't use WeChat, and the phone communication in English is completely unsmooth, so I decisively gave up halfway and directly chose to use Ctrip's airport pick-up service. It is very convenient to communicate with Ctrip's local customer service in Chinese using WeChat, although the price is higher than 25 euros). There is no problem in choosing the hotel's airport drop-off service on the second day, but the process of checking in at the hotel and booking the airport drop-off service on the second day was not very pleasant. It gave me the feeling that the attitude of the guy at the front desk was not very friendly, there was no smile throughout the whole process, and his attitude was a bit arrogant (I don't know if we are Chinese). I took the initiative to ask for the airport drop-off service, and he asked us to pay him in cash on the spot, but did not give me any receipt. Under my request, he actually said to give it to me the next day. Since you can't wait until the next day to pay, why didn't you give me a receipt after collecting the money? ? ? After I complained, he reluctantly printed out a receipt on the computer for me. In short, this still made me uncomfortable. Fortunately, the other porter was quite humble and polite. The facilities in the room are relatively new and clean. The price of more than 300 yuan is acceptable for a one-night stay here. However, the hotel should not provide breakfast. If you still mind the service attitude, you can consider it again. After all, there are many other hotels of the same type in that area.

It is relatively close to the airport. There are no private facilities nearby. The subway is far away, so it is inconvenient to go to the airport by public transportation. However, the staff is friendly.
