Elysian Airport Hotel

As a traveler who travels all over the world for business most of the year, I felt very bad from the moment I landed in the morning. I took a yellow regular taxi from the airport to the hotel. After I got in, the driver started to drive while pressing a number on his phone, asking me to pay him. I was a little scared and didn't understand, so I didn't respond. When we arrived at the destination, the driver insisted on charging him the money he wanted. I checked the Uber price for the same distance, and the local bitaxi app's price and told him that he was asking too much. In the end, I had to compromise and give him a sum of money. After getting the money, he refused to give me a receipt, and this was a regular taxi. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff was also very unfriendly. There were some errors in my reservation date. I wanted to negotiate in a friendly manner, but the tone and attitude did not allow any room for negotiation, including the intervention of Ctrip staff, but it was fruitless.
