When I came to Istanbul to attend the fair center, the location was very good, only 2 metro stops away, but there is no elevator in the hotel and no one comes to clean the room, the room is small and the area used as a balcony in the room is actually a fire escape. So if you want to open the balcony door, everyone on the other floors can enter your room.

Put the price there yourself be mentally prepared do not expect too much. It's easy to live but there are no stairs. Except, I stayed for six days the door card broke five times terrible.
