Réfrigérateur ne marche pas ( même après réclamation). Petit déjeuner sans lait et sans œufs, et parfois sans beur, une fille blande à la cuisine impolie.

This hotel dont have a window. Smells ******** and located near to the black markets the room is so dirty all the towels like yellow. Dont choose this hotel.

Otele girişten itibaren personelin güler yüzü ve ilgisi gerçekten çok memnun ediciydi. Odamız tertemizdi ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey düşünülmüştü. Konum olarak merkezi bir yerde olması ulaşımı kolaylaştırdı. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Hem iş hem de tatil amaçlı konaklamalar için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler!

Harika Konum, Üst Düzey Hizmet! İstanbul Palace Hotel’de geçirdiğimiz konaklama mükemmeldi. Fatih’in tam merkezinde, tarihi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj. Odamız temiz, ferah ve jakuziliydi. Netflix, YouTube gibi platformlara erişim olması güzel bir detaydı. Ücretsiz meyve-çerez ikramı ve oda servisi sayesinde kendimizi çok özel hissettik. Resepsiyon 7/24 ilgiliydi. Tekrar tercih edeceğiz. Teşekkürler!

Absolutely filthy. The already filthy room hadn't been cleaned in four days. They didn't even take out the trash or replenish toilet paper or amenities. It was impossible to complain to the staff who only spoke Turkish. The bathroom door didn't close; you had to sit on the toilet and have the door facing you to maintain privacy. The sink leaked and flooded the entire floor, leaving you with nothing to dry with. The hairdryer, installed so poorly that it couldn't be unplugged, already made us fear for our lives if it fell into the flooded floor. A pitiful breakfast in the room, and the tray was never removed and was filled with ants. Cats everywhere, making it hard to sleep (even in the hallways). TERRIFYING.
