Our stay at **Lokalist, Istanbul** was absolutely first class! From the first minute we felt welcome and well looked after. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional - they answered every question we had with patience, gave us valuable recommendations for restaurants and sights and always tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Their exceptional service was particularly impressive: whenever we had a request or faced a small challenge, they did not hesitate to actively help us and find a solution. This personal care made our stay unforgettable.

A very satisfying stay. When I checked in in the morning, the front desk staff took the initiative to help me carry my luggage.
