Good location, spacious room, comfy bed, good hot water, but you need to walk up 1 floor because the elevator is on the 2nd floor along with the lobby. So be prepared if you have a large luggage.

The first night was very good, warm and safe, so I extended the stay for another night. The boss is very nice, the neighborhood is very convenient, there are cafes, breakfast and lunch shops, supermarkets and fruit shops. It is very close to Independence Avenue and Independence Square, a five-minute walk. On the way back, I encountered a church with activities inside, which was very beautiful. There are often kittens on the roadside.
