Istiklal Street Taksim House Yamalya Hotel

This place is right smack in the center of shopping and near a street full of restaurants. It was newly renovated and had what is needed, including an elevator and a remote controlled heat pump/AC. As with most in-city hotels, you can hear slight party noise on a Friday night so one should be prepared for this if you are an early sleeper. It was not very loud but earplugs would be useful if you are sensitive to noise. The staff was super helpful with info and suggestions on where to go and help arranging a taxi.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's very reasonably priced and located in Taksim. There is, however, a big negative. The bar opposite has an old guy singing on a microphone and loudspeakers at the early hours of the morning. It is very loud - and awful. The beds aren't great either. The mattresses sunk below the frame.

Spacious cute room amidst Taksim Other than them giving my partner a hard time to check in, even tho İ called ahead and notified them with his name, the stay was honestly perfect. The place is in a great location, as long as the windows are all closed the sound doesn't come in. Beautiful beautiful room, very spacious, cozy, and a lovely little balcony. We really loved our stay and plan to come again 🤗

I stayed for 5 nights in this cute cozy comfort and classy rooms hotel .. it was a clean and well furnished place really … everything was nice and relaxing … A very Big special thanks for Ali and Serwan the receptionists … with their great nice helpful cute and welcoming hospitality .. with always a smile and trying their best to make us feel home and comfortable … BUT … there were a big problem … This is a message for the owner of the place !! Whom i asked to talk to and i knew he is bursa. You have a big problem in your hotel specially in the reception called Sejad !!! By all means left a super bad experience for me and my family !! He lied and said he is the owner and the manager of this hotel and start saying how much he paid for all the details the elevators !! And how much he paid for the scent system in the hotel !! In a real BAD WAY He scold the other receptionist guys by saying they are stupid and big stupid !!! And when i told him try to be nice please i am your guest i must be happy and you must smile to me !!! Stop treating us bad please !! Minimum to write a good review about the place !!! he said .. I AM NOT HERE TO MAKE REVIEW I AM HERE TO MAKE MONEY ONLY MONEY !!! Write whatever u want !!! When i asked all said he is just a worker !! So .. He is a bad a real rude elevation for the whole place !!! He keeps talking bad about me and my family in-front of us thinking we don’t understand turkish !!! But we do !!! This is a big shame for this beautiful place … he was VERY ANNOYING.. and VERY RUDE REALLY !!!

0 out 5 Uneducated staff.This hotel must have to change his manager otherwise they lost their valuable customers.Worst experience.This was my 7th time visit istanbul and staying 5th time in sane hotel since it was Taksim house hotel before now its name n managment changed since last year n last year we trust Mr.Ali n stayed here n it was great experience.This year we also booked this hotel 4 months ago.On 18 july we reached to their hotel n they changed our room without any info when i told them why u change my room n not giving me same room then manager started shouting on me n he spoke so rudely. Very hoestly he is not deserve to be a manager or run this management Because he has not any manners He shout on me ,he misbehave me he shouted n talk very very rudely And said shut up n Mrs n listen to me. Why should i listen to him n he dont listen me am i was staying free in his hotel he said he is not responsible to give any answer to me.
