A small hotel in the old town. Very convenient location (all the main attractions are within walking distance). The staff is very responsive, always ready to help, always in touch. I liked it very much, I recommend it.

Friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, bed linen - stripe satin, freshly renovated bathroom, and most importantly - a view of the Sea of Marmara.
We had room 601 - 6th floor. When booking, you immediately book a specific room - this is a big plus.
Also on the 6th floor there is a covered terrace where guests can eat and admire the sunrises and sunsets. This is the hotel's specialty.
Good location - 500 m from the tram stop of the T1 Bayazet line, 200 meters down there is an inexpensive Sok store, about 500 meters towards Hagia Sophia there is a Shaw store.
The Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia are reachable on foot.
Cons: shoe manufacturing behind the wall. And it is open on weekdays until 20-00 - 21-00.
The wall tiles on the bathroom floor are dangerously slippery.
There is no elevator. But in Istanbul there are such extreme height differences that climbing to the 6th floor is nothing.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I really like the location and the staff. The rooms are compact, I got one with a sea view. There is everything you need: a kettle and cups, towels, shampoo, hairdryer. Cleaning on request.
Since the room is small, I just aired it more often.
I am happy with everything, I will come again.

Great location, clean fresh hotel. Sea view right from the bed. The receptionists speak both English and Russian. There is a fridge, kettle and cups in the room. There is a veranda with a good view.
