The front desk service is very good, the room is very clean and new, and it is cleaned very well every day. Although it is in the old city, it is quiet at night and has good sound insulation. There are welcome refreshments. The reception staff is very nice. The location is quiet in a busy area. You can't hear any noise from outside when you sleep at night. It is within walking distance to the core scenic area and the pier. You can also take T1, which is very convenient. The room is very spacious and you can open all the big boxes. The lighting in the room is also very comfortable and the brightness is just right. The water in the shower heats up quickly, but the shower head is a bit loose and needs repair.

The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and gave me a free room upgrade and early check-in. The hotel is new and the room is big! The location is great and you can walk to all the attractions around the old town! Highly recommended🙌

The location is very good, you can walk to the attractions, very close to the bus station and the train station. It was originally a police station converted hotel, which is quite special. The service is warm and can provide travel advice. I especially like the tea provided by the hotel, I recommend trying it
