Hotel a fuir. Réservation faite par booking. Le descriptif et les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Annonce mensongère. Hôtel avec des chambres exigues sans place pour poser nos valises et sale. De le terrasse on avait vue sur le bosphore mais également des détritus et chantiers de toutes sortes. La cerise sur la gâteau. La climatisation qui tombe en panne wifi qui fonctionne quand il peut et coupure d'électricité une partie de la soirée jusqu'en milieu de nuit. Le matin au moment de partir la serrure de la porte était bloquée. J'imagine en cas d'incendie !!! Bilan on avait réservé et payé 6 nuits mais sommes partis des le lendemain matin. A éviter absolument

So first of all I chose this hotel on booking. It had a rating of 9.1 so for us it was a superb hotel. BEWARE OF THE RATING!!!!! I will describe the hotel to you in detail as I would have liked someone to describe it to me. I don't like leaving reviews on establishments but this was essential for me. - no elevator, very narrow staircase - Dilapidated bathroom with mold - When you go up the stairs you rub the walls with the wall plaster on your clothes. - The rooms on the third floor with heating at least for the month of February. - cold bathrooms and worn towels don't make you want to take a shower, so bring your accessories. - the breakfast is mediocre, a plate served in the morning like soldiers, no milk for the children, no orange juice. - hotel not suitable for families with young children. So for information, be wary of the photos and especially the unjustified rating assigned. The friendliness of the staff does not constitute the quality of the establishment. And even that beware We reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights We arrived very late at night so we were not able to cancel once with our luggage and the children. The next day we fled the premises and asked the manager to do something he didn't want. This gentleman collected the entire 3 nights and immediately canceled with Booking, noting that he had not received anything from us so as not to pay commissions to Booking. This shows the honesty of this Mr. H…. He had noted that I had not stayed at this hotel so I could not leave reviews. It is for this reason and this is the first time that I have left a review on an establishment. So a piece of advice from friends, be careful and think carefully.
