I spent a week with my family at this apartment hotel and had a great experience. The place was very clean, and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy. The suite looked exactly like the photos, and everything inside was fully functional. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. I highly recommend Mayar Residence for a comfortable stay.

Great place, but too much outside noise
Great property, very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Nicely located across from Forum mall, close to metro station. My only complaint is too much noise from cars and trucks driving fast outside. I booked a room with a balcony, and it was impossible to enjoy outside with all that noise.

Hotel apartments, the hotel entrance and reception make you feel that it is a special and clean place. The staff are very friendly. The staff is cooperative and the employees are very sophisticated and speak Arabic. The apartment is wonderful, clean, and the balcony and its beautiful view. There is also a gym. Its location is close to the train station, Forum Mall, and IKEA. It was a really wonderful stay. Wewe Baji 🇱🇾
