I was every day chasing then to clean my room
And the manager was very rude to me , so he said we’re 3stars hotel if you’re not happy you can leave the hotel today

I will never ever go there again .

Ctrip's service is rubbish, false publicity, and put the blame on me. Obviously, Ctrip itself falsely advertised that several hotels have bathtubs. This is one of them, but after I went there, there was no bathtub at all, and then Ctrip replaced it for me. , It also wrote that there is a bathtub, but there is still no bathtub. I changed to the third one, and there is still no bathtub, but in the end, Ctrip did not refund me a penny in the three hotels.
