The staff were nice, the room was clean, the location was good. I only had to adapt to the traffic noise outside and with single glass pane windows and not doubled glazed windows, since the hotel is located above a restaurant in a bustling busy area with constant traffic. Otherwise everything was fine!

Like: The receptionist was so kind to serve us with hot tea upon our late arrival.
Dislike: The hotel had no signage so make sure to locate it properly either using Google Maps.

The staff is pleasant, but the organization needs to be redone. No time for breakfast, absence of staff at 8 a.m., work during the stay.

Sie waren richtig betruge und habe ich für 4 person reserviert aber war nur 3 bett und die Fenster waren alle kaputt konnte ich nich schließen und unter war ganz laut .
Ich habe dort nur 1 nacht geschlafen und bin ich zu Andreas hotel gegangen weil konnte ich nicht aushalten weil die zimmer war voll mit Schimmelpilz und die rest geld für die andere 3 nechte hat nicht zurück gegeben.

Overall okay but some issues there
The hotel is located above a restaurant and can be difficult to locate by taxis, some communication issues as no one on the staff speaks any English but what you would expect for this price in the old city of Istanbul
