This is a scam; the photos and information do not match reality. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was offered to live in the middle of a renovation, with dust and dirt everywhere. There isn’t even a locker to store my belongings. I contacted customer support, but the host replied that there was no renovation in the room, and the support team agreed with them despite the photos I provided. Trip.com sided with the hotel and refused to cancel the booking.
I am forced to cover this situation on social media.

Everything was great. The location is the best there could be, a lot of things nearby and the street itself is beautiful. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, the internet is fast, very clean, towels are changed every day. The breakfast is quite tasty, the dining room itself is aesthetic. The staff speaks Russian. Of the disadvantages: they moved us to another room one day and once the cable broke down nearby and there was no electricity for about 2 hours.

The configuration of the Hostel does not have an elevator, but it is more than clean.
Just turn two alleys on Independence Street, which is very convenient.
Turkish breakfast with fresh pancakes!
The staff and guests are very friendly and helpful.
