Want really happy with the service, no hot water, towels etc. Location is not safe for solo travellers.

The location of the hotel is good. Nearby there is a market and an embankment. The boys at the reception are friendly and always ready to help. This is where the hotel's advantages end. The hotel is old, the rooms are dirty, the linen is not changed. The hotel does not have an elevator, so we had to take a spiral staircase to carry our suitcases to the third floor. The rooms are very small, it is impossible to turn around. The plumbing is old. Breakfast is poor. Each room has air conditioning, they work well.

Hotel was very small.
Room was also filled with beds. No free space.
Wash room had smell, they were not changing towel. It was so small that you could hardly take shower. Clothes changing and face washing was impossible.
Curtains were torn. I could not sleep due to street light coming to room at night.
Staff was cooperative but they were helpless to provide things.

The place is great for the money you pay. It is bot luxurious, but it is clean, it is perfectly located near the historical part of the city and the stuff is very friendly. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt safe there.
