We stayed here for 1 night out of desperation for a hotel as it was late. He tried charging us 40 euro but we told him we had found a deal on the internet for 20 pounds. So he backed down and only charged us 400TL. The room was dirty, the carpet was vile - you stuck to the floor....the wallpaper was hanging off the walls.....the walls were dirty....the duvet was about 10 years old covered in yellow stains. I got them to change that - I was in room 136 - avoid this hotel completely if you can. Not a good first impression of Istanbul and a disgrace to tourism for such a wonderful city!

De man bij de receptie was erg ongeïnteresseerd, erg kortaf. Ik had een niet-rokers kamer, maar alles stonk naar rook. Sanitair was erg verouderd. Handig hotel als je net van de bus komt, maar geen plazierig verblijf.

Hotel fully booked upon arrival, tried to upsell
Checked in and they had no idea I was staying. I showed them my confirmation and they said the hotel was full. Then they tried to up sell me a higher room for $50. I waked out knowing that their advertising is misleading and requested a refund.

Great budget hotel for a one night stay
This is a great hotel for an overnight stay if you are catching an early bus. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. The room was clean, big and comfortable. shower and bathroom were great. the bed was comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet considering that you are in the middle of a huge bus station. Plenty of restaurants around to choose from as well.
