Gioiello. Le stanze, ampie e luminose, conservano affreschi originali, volte alte e pavimenti d’epoca, trasportando gli ospiti in un’atmosfera d’altri tempi, senza però rinunciare alla funzionalità. Ogni dettaglio è curato con passione e rispetto per la storia del luogo, e la pulizia è impeccabile.

Cari amici, le bellezze della Sicilia sono note ma non ero mai partito per vederle da Ispica e dalla bellissima location che ci ha ospitato. Il palazzo Gambuzza è una dimora incredibile! E' un palazzo nobiliare del 700 ristrutturato con i confort moderni ma che lascia intatto tutto il fascino di un luogo di quei tempi. Solo un esempio: dove si consuma la colazione (dolce e salato: perfetta!) c'è un sotterraneo (visibile da una vetrata sul pavimento) dove si trova la cisterna dove si accumulava l'acqua per le esigenze del palazzo! Gli appartamenti sono assolutamente belli e confortevoli. Il personale (cito la Mary: fantastica!) molto più che disponibili e cordiali. Abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di conoscere i proprietari (Carmen e Cesare) che ci hanno raccontato la storia del palazzo facendoci vedere le foto di allora a confronto della situazione attuale: tutto molto molto affascinante! Quindi Ispica può essere un buon punto di partenza per visitare questa bella zona e il palazzo Gambuzza un porto sicuro da dove partire e rientrare!

Sono stati 4 gg bellissimi, coccolati dal confort e dalla bellezza della struttura e dalla professionalità e gentilezza di Mary e di tutto lo staff. Colazione ottima e di qualità. Ambienti bellissimi. Strategico per gli spostamenti. Una vera bomboniera ad Ispica..una scoperta meravigliosa. Grazie per l'accoglienza. Fico d'india!

Andate sul sicuro, il palazzo storico elegantemente ristrutturato in centro paese sarete coccolati e non vi sentirete ospiti ma parte della famiglia, comunque mai invadenti ma sempre pronti ad accogliervi e consigliarvi i posti giusti. Dotato di tutti i confort la colazione è eccezionale, torneremo sicuramente l anno prossimo.

Che dire, un palazzo meraviglioso per vivere la Sicilia, quella vera. Un tuffo nel passato con tutti i confort del presente. Ambienti grandi, confortevoli e freschi, anche con la calura estiva. Colazione varia e abbondante. Cigliegina sulla torta l’accoglienza dei padroni di casa: calore, cordialità e disponibilità a suggere come vivere al meglio la vacanza. Il palazzo Gambuzza si trova in un punto strategico, dove facilmente si potranno raggiungere le maggiori città rappresentative del barocco Siciliano: Modica, Scicli e Noto, giusto per menzionare le più note. Non può ovviamente mancare una nota di merito al meraviglioso mare, che dista giusto meno di una decina di minuti in auto. Una vacanza indimenticabile!!!!!!!

We stayed here during our recent bike trip to Sicily. You arrive to a beautiful courtyard which our room was directly off. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette. It was clean and comfortable. Since we were there in the off season, we had to contact the hotel by phone. They had made arrangements for us to get keys to the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Posizione praticamente a ridosso della splendida piazza della cattedrale. Un vero appartamento super arredato in un palazzo nobiliare restaurato in modo impeccabile. Pulizia giornaliera eseguita con accortezza, direi quasi maniacale. Un piccolo giardino e un patio dove potersi rilassare. Infine, e non per ultimi, i gestori, con il capostipite, il sig. Cesare, che ricalca pienamente il vecchio stile del gentiluomo che rileva pienamente una innata signorilità e la brava e sempre disponibile Mary, molto professionale nell'assecondare le richieste degli ospiti. Cosa dire di più su Palazzo Gambuzza, non saprei ! Posso solo dire che lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
