I really enjoyed my stay here. The poolside room with a view of the ocean was superb. The rooms were lovely and had everything needed for a comfortable stay
The staff were extremely helpful when booking a tour to Chichen Itza and nothing ever seemed to be a problem.
It’s a lovely relaxed place 10 minutes by taxi from downtown.
I had a great stay, but travelled with the wrong person unfortunately. So I’d love to come back and make it the perfect stay next time.

We loved the quieter location and the very helpful service with golf carts, recommendations for activities and food,etc. Both Carloses and Roger always went above and beyond. Perfect location to avoid the party scene! And the hotel dogs and cats were fun!

What a beautiful place! Awesome value for the experience and view is phenomenal! Chris is a wonderful, helpful manager! The reason we keep coming back! All the staff is very courteous, caring and helpful! So many activities are free. Snorkeling, kayaking, pádel boarding. Ask Chris to set up your private fishing trip.!!!!

We stayed at this hostel for two nights in the first night we were in the shed 12 man dorm with no problems and on the second night we were in the private tent room which was three times the price and three times as bad as the 12 man dorm, I was so disappointed by the customer service at the hostel and they were lack of willingness to help us change rooms and reimburse us of the cost of the room when we didn’t sleep due to the Party going on and their lack of clamping down on other guest being noisy around other guests. Do not go here, there is no consideration for families either.

If you are wanting to have a destination wedding, I highly recommend Casa de los Suenos on Isla Mujeres in Mexico. My wife and I started planning about a year in advance and were coordinating with the hotel manager/Chris, who is also the wedding coordinator and Robert his assistant. We did not know what to expect when we got there for the wedding with 65 friends and family members, but our expectations exceeded 100 times over. The bar tenders and wait staff worked tirelessly throughout the whole evening to make sure everyone was happy and accommodated. From food to flowers to cake to seating to pictures and the timing of all of the day’s events, (It was Amazing!) We stayed in the Presidential Suite and had the other 12 rooms booked out as well for 5 days. The restaurant/ bar down on the beach “Kin Ha” has 3 pools, GREAT food and service, and allows you to be in a self-contained environment with your group. We can’t say enough good things about Chris. His knowledge, connections and attention to detail made for the perfect wedding for my wife and I.

My boyfriend book us a room here for one night as a surprise. Little did I know it would also be the location of our engagement! It was absolutely stunning. Our room was gorgeous with the most incredible view. My boyfriend proposed to me on the pier at Kin Ha. They really did pull out all the stops. The level of service we received was second to none. Thank you to all hotel staff at the hotel and kin ha for the most magical evening of my life.

Amazing quiet and quaint hotel right with amazing access to the water and beach club at Kin Ha! We had a terrible snorkeling experience with Cancun Sailing and Tulum Charters. Casa De Los Suenos came to the rescue with the most amazing water/pier access with TONS of beautiful Caribbean fish. The hotel accomodations were fantastic. We had an ocean view king room. Every morning and sunsets were spectacular! Thank you Casa de los Suenos! We loved it there!

We've been a few times and always really enjoy our stays. Suenos has spectacular ambiance, the views are outstanding, a wonderful restaurant right down below ( short walk across the alley) also with great views. The staff is most accommodating...the manager Chris and his associates are the absolute best ! Everyone does their best to make you feel like family, and it really matters. With wonderful rooms that are reasonably priced, lovely pool and a super relaxing atmosphere, it doesn't get much better. Looking forward to next years visit...hasta luego amigos !

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff, multiple pools, right on the water, with snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding off of a spectacular pier. We will be back to spend another vacation here! You really cannot get better views. Just a short drive or cart ride from the pier. If you want to avoid the mega commercialized resorts in Cancun, you will love this place and it’s authenticity!
