Está ubicado a 200 metros de la salida del ferry, si tu idea es de pasar una noche en la isla es lo ideal. Dejas tus valijas y salís a la playa que está muy cerca caminando. Y también muy cerca del centro. Nosotros fuimos en familia 4 y nos ubicamos perfectamente en una habitación. Está todo cerca . No necesitamos alquilar carrito de golf para recorrer.

We stayed here for the second time this year. What absolutely didn't improve are the staff. I get that you don't like your low paying job, but you can at least be kind to the guests. They don't greet you when you arrive or leave, they just keep staring at their computers. One morning there were no beach towels left and they just didn't seem to care: "I guess you can buy them somewhere if you really need them." Really? That's your response? On our last day we were told, 10 minutes beforehand, that there would be no water pressure in our rooms for 5 hours straight: "You can shower/use the toilet at the poolside." Apart from that, the rooms are ok. We booked a twin bed room though, but were given a double king. The rooms are noisy, you can especially hear the people in the room above you. If you really need your sleep, keep that in mind. One last tip, put your valuables and stuff you really can't go without in the safe. The staff have some quick-working fingers. Our medicine and perfume were stolen the first time we stayed here.

Situato fronte mare l’albergo si trova a due passi dal molo dei traghetti e alla fermata dell’autobus che fa il giro dell’isola, nonché a due passi dal centro (via pedonale, mercato, piazza, Playa northe ecc) La struttura è ben tenuta e pulita, la hall da proprio sulla strada ed è aperta h24. Le camere situate ai piani superiori sono accessibili con ascensore. La nostra camera si affacciava nella corte interna dove al piano terra vi è la piccola piscina. Tale posizione ha fatto sì che la notte non vi fossero rumori per cui la qualità del sonno è stata buona. La camera era ampia , dotata di frigo, cassaforte, TV, aria condizionata (che non abbiamo avuto necessità di tenere accesa) macchina per caffè all’americana (non usata) e un comodo balcone. Tutti i giorni venivano fornite due bottigliette d’acqua. Nel bagno sono disponibili dispenser di detergenti e asciugacapelli. La piscina è piccola ma gradevole. È presente un bar di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Il nostro servizio prevedeva solo pernottamento per cui non è possibile commentare il servizio colazione. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Check in e check out veloci.

Stanza rumorosissima e male organizzata nonostante l'albergo risulti 4 stelle. Oltre al rumore forte e continuo nelle 24 ore segnalo il pessimo posizionamento dell'aria condizionata che spara l'aria fredda in faccia alle persone sdraiate nel letto, il bagno senza finestra e senza aeratore, la mancanza di una luce soffusa per la notte (se vuoi leggere devi accendere la luce di tutta la stanza), la mancanza di una presa di corrente vicino ad un comodino, tenda strappata, porta del bagno rovinata e che non rimane aperta. Queste le cose principali, non mi dilungo sul resto. E il personale molto maleducato.

Tienen las mismas regaderas de toda la vida que no funcionan. No sé porqué se empeñan en conservar regaderas de hidromasaje que no sirven; no las arreglan ni tampoco las cambian, sólo están ahí para hacerte perder tiempo mientras te bañas haciéndolo más incómodo. El restaurante siempre está cerrado por mantenimiento y ya nunca funciona. Siento que pese a las "mejoras del bar", el hotel ha ido decayendo. Por descuido mío dejé un cargador de mi teléfono en la habitación, llamé al día siguiente para preguntar si lo habían reportado dando el lugar exacto de dónde lo dejé, pero misteriosamente nadie supo del mismo... en fin, la culpa fue mía.

L'albergo si trova proprio di fronte al molo di Isla Mujeres,a 2 minuti a piedi dalla via principale e 15 da playa norde. Ha rception , hall carina, stanza e bano puli e abbastanza moderno, climatizzato, balcone, uno neo in effetti si sente di notte il traffico in strada ma non è insopportabile.

I just have to say… This hotel far surpassed my expectations! I found such a good price that I was a little hesitant as to what it would be like. However, all I can say is, I was extremely pleased, and will definitely stay here again! The staff is absolutely wonderful… welcoming, friendly and very accommodating! The rooms are large and have a mini fridge and a coffee pot. In the shower there is a shampoo and body wash dispenser. Another nice perk is the free bottled water they supply daily. They also have a hydration station to refill as often as necessary. The location is perfect! Literally a 2 minute walk from the ferry terminal, a 5 minute walk to Playa Centro and 8-10 minute walk to Playa Norte. Directly next-door is a place to rent golf carts if you choose to do so. Keep in mind there is no where to park a golf cart at the hotel. I have read where some guests have complained about the noise, but that was never a problem for us. Yes, you are on a busy street but with the air running in the room, you honestly cannot hear it. Our room even faced the street and it was never an issue. I cannot wait to return to the island and stay here again!
