Attended a wedding; property was nice - standard American style all-inclusive. Beach was lovely.
Food was extremely poor at all the restaurants, they couldn’t even make coffee right. The coffee shop lady microwaved my smoked salmon bagel, the teppanyaki chef cooked all the dishes with the same ingredients, buffet at the main restaurant recycled food through the day. It was concerning when a group of us had stomach issues. It was just really disappointing given the prices. Stay away from room service, it was so bad.
Our bathroom was moldy, the bathtub leaking and unusable, sink holder was so rusty it fell off.

Cristian at El Dorado is the best waiter in the northern hemisphere! Knowledgeable, attentive, funny, and understanding. Such a great experience thanks to him! The meat was top notch, fantastic wine suggestions, and a really wonderful atmosphere.

Muy divertida la actividad de paddleboarding con el animador Eduardo, pase una mañana muy divertida y aprendí algo nuevo gracias a su paciencia y disposición a enseñar, lo recomiendo bastante porque es una experiencia única, me voy con las ganas de querer repetir, muchas gracias.

Stay away poor service, food is mediocre, rooms need maintenance , AC is inconsistent making very difficult to sleep. Concierge staff very unfriendly, and not very helpful when our group is charged incorrectly for a show. Consistently had reservations which were canceled without notice. The managers of the hotel we’re not interested in resolving issues overall very frustrating vacation.
