It was my first time to go to club med. The overall experience was very good. The beach environment was good. You can see a lot of fish by snorkeling near the shore. It was like a small Maldives. The food and drinks tasted good and the choices were quite diverse in terms of cost performance. There were a lot of activities and performances every day, and the experience was very good. G.O is worthy of being the feature of club med. Most of them are very enthusiastic and friendly. The room facilities are also good, and the sanitary conditions are basically no problem, but I saw a bug in the room once. I highly recommend everyone to experience it.

I still recommend staying at this hotel if you bring children. Although the rooms are indeed a bit simple [laughing and crying R], there are a few sockets, and you will encounter spiders, etc.... However, this clubmed has very few service staff, and the lack of staff brings a bad experience. There was a power outage in the room in the middle of the night and there was no staff. There are also insufficient service staff in the restaurant, and the GO's expression is indifferent, which is in sharp contrast to the Hoshino Resorts I visited a few months ago. The children are surprised why the GO here has a straight face. They have also encountered a GO with a straight face when ordering drinks at the lobby bar. Food is average. Recommendation: One advantage of booking Clubmed through Ctrip is that many issues can be communicated by Ctrip customer service. This time, Ctrip’s hotel butler and air ticket butler helped me a lot. If I had to deal with Clubmed or the airline myself, firstly, there would be a language barrier. Second, it is not professional enough. Ctrip is very efficient in helping and the customer service is also more responsible. In contrast, Hoshino Clubmed in Hokkaido is worth visiting in the summer. It has a cool climate, beautiful mountain views, enthusiastic GO, Hokkaido food, and the clubmed rooms are also very clean. This time Ishigaki Island stepped on a big hole. Activities outside the hotel: I went to a folk village to see monkeys. The hotel helped to book a car. The taxi fee plus entrance fee was about 10,000 yen. You can also book island hopping, but it depends on the weather, so try to avoid the typhoon season. Service: This hotel does not require passports during the check-in process, so take the room card to see if it is your name. After all, we have too many people with the same surname. It took me a long time on the first day to realize that I didn't book the room myself. This small mistake is unlikely to be made by Japanese hotels. It's very frustrating when you spread out all your luggage and put it away again. When you are eating, a hotel staff will come to you and ask if you can sit with you. This is a characteristic of Clubmed, but for me, it may be digging your toes out of the three bedrooms and two living rooms. Finally, the shopping street at Naha Airport in Okinawa was very nice. We rushed to the outlet, but it was a pity that we didn’t have time to go shopping. Outlet is at the No. 4 station at the arrivals level 3 of Naha Airport.
